Where is my data stored?

Always inside the EU. On Pryvan Cloud, your model runs on our certified EU-based servers. On Pryvan Private, it runs on your own servers or VPS and never touches Pryvan's infrastructure at all.

Do I need technical knowledge to deploy a model?

No. Both deployment paths are fully guided. Pryvan handles the complexity, you select a model, answer a few onboarding questions, and you're running in minutes.

What legal documents do I get?

On deployment Pryvan generates a tailored pack: AI Usage Policy, GDPR Article 30 record, Privacy Notice Addendum, DPIA Lite, transparency and disclosure notices, Human Oversight Policy, Incident Response Procedure and a Regulatory Positioning Statement, plus a DPA on Cloud or a client-facing DPA template on Private.

How does Pryvan handle the EU AI Act?

During onboarding Pryvan asks about your intended use and automatically classifies the deployment as minimal, limited or high risk, unlocks the right document pack, and flags high-risk use cases like HR, credit scoring, legal interpretation and medical triage before you deploy.

How is Pryvan different from Langdock or ChatGPT?

Those tools bring your data to models hosted outside EU jurisdiction. Pryvan keeps your data in the EU, on your infrastructure or ours, and gives you everything needed to prove it's legal: tailored documents, risk classification and a compliance dashboard.

What does it cost, and are there subscriptions?

No subscription. You pay a simple €1 per hour for the Max tier (frontier open models), or €0.50 per hour for the Core tier (everyday models), drawn from prepaid credit. The meter only runs while a machine is on — pause it and billing stops, with no per-token or per-query fees. Unlimited colleagues can each run their own machine at the same time; you only pay for the hours actually used. Prefer to own hardware instead? A comparable box is €6,000 one-time, but only one person can use it at a time and you maintain it yourself.
