What we collect
Waitlist: the email address and optional company name you submit through the form.
Server logs: standard request data (such as IP address and browser type), kept briefly for security and abuse prevention.
Cookies: only the necessary ones described below.
Cookies
We use only necessary, functional cookies: your language choice (pryvan_locale), your light/dark theme, and an acknowledgement of the cookie notice. We set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Legal basis
Waitlist: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in pre-launch contact (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Logs and security: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Hosting and processors
This website is hosted on Vercel, configured for EU regions. We use the minimum number of processors needed to run the site and keep data within the EU wherever possible. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.
Retention
Waitlist data is kept until launch or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Logs are kept only briefly.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, email hello@pryvan.eu.
